Fiddledee IDs’ warranty guarantees quality in workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover beaded or leather jewelry worn in water or sports. Please remember, our medical id bracelets are not indestructible and should be treated with the same care as other jewelry.
The warranty for jewelry is 3 months from the date the bracelet is shipped. If it’s been less than 3 months, return the bracelet back with a note indicating your name or order number. There is not a fee for bracelets within warranty.
For jewelry over 3 months old, there is a flat $15.00 fee. (International repairs are $27.50 to include shipping) Repairs include restringing and replacement of clasps and can only be completed on bracelets with at least 75% of beads present. I’m unable to repair leather bracelets. Include a check and a note indicating your bracelet size, mailing address, name or order number.
